Johnny Miller vs Ken Venturi

Venturi is just not pleasant to listen to as far as I'm concerned.  I am not crazy about Miller either but will take his style over Venturi's anyday.

I saw the interview by Feherty with Johnny Miller on GC.  Great piece - I really enjoyed it.

I'll take Johnny's honesty all day every day.  It's refreshing.  Venturi....I watched him tape his little shot he use to do for the broadcast once.  It was just a simple chip shot, yet it took him like 10 takes.

Venturi was awful, just awful when I watched CBS towards the end of his stint. That is no reflection on him as a player. Miller is more bearable and can be good at times, repetitive, but at least it looks like he's not doing the sugarcoating most others do. I think the commentary from the online realtime chat is the best.
