It looks to me to have a fundamental flaw in its mechanical design:  all of the pushing or pulling forces are translated through the vertical pole which goes through a 90 degree elbow at the bottom, so when pulling or pushing it up a hill you're putting a lot of force on that elbow.    I'd expect it to either break the elbow fairly quickly or the vertical pole will bend or break where it enters the elbow.
