I think that kind of graphic showing how much the pros fade/draw/big hook/big slice is very cool.  Anyone else think so too?

Why don't they show that kind of stuff on all the PGA Tour/LPGA/Champions Tour events?

I particularly liked it during the Open at St. Andrews on the 17th tee hitting over the hotel.  It really enhances the experience by bringing shape into a medium that is easy to view and appreciate.

I really like it.  For me it provides perspective on how the pros are actually aiming and shaping their shots.

I like it as long as they don't overdo it - I really don't want to see it on every tee shot, just those where the announcer is trying to point out something unique about how the player is trying to shape the shot.

Money.   Those launch monitors and the signal processing to take the data and superimpose it with video to show the ball trace aren't cheap.    The PGA Tour has much better ratings and TV revenue and they can afford to add in the technology.
