Looking to buy a 58* wedge.

I have ping g5 irons 3 - W,U,S. I was looking into getting a g5 L (lob) wedge that is 58*. I am having trouble from around 90 yards in and I am think this will work for me. I tried hitting my buddies cg12 58* and did not like it at all but I have a cg10 52* that I love. So now I am a little worried of getting this lob wedge. I think I will like the g5 L wedge because of the big captivity on it. Any suggestions would be great.

I play the CG11 58 degree and its my favorite club in the bag. I use it everywhere from a 100 yards and in, depending on the temperature.  I tried the Volkey and the CG12 and didn't care for them but found the standard bounce CG11 to be perfect.  You can still find them on ebay.  I prefer the standard bounce because I can also use it in the sand as well as greenside (unless its shaved too short).

You should pick up a CG10 58* off ebay.

I picked up a couple of wedges from Gigagolf.  52* and 58* SGS, ran me like twenty bucks each with custom grips.  They've been excellent wedges, and I'll buy another set when I grind 'em down to nothing.

I like my Taylormade rac wedge. Granted I haven't hit many in my day - but check em out!

Recently completed my bag with two Vokeys - 54 and 58.  Had never owned a "good" wedge before now, really love them.

I play Vokey 50, 54 and 58, with a low bounce.  I switched about 6 years ago from the trusty rusty's and I would use nothing else.

They will eat the cover off a ball though!
