Clubface angle Illusion on address

Does any of you ever set up , specially for the driver, square face, feet, shoulders, everything,

only to find out that the clubface is actually open?

And when you really square it up, it looks as if the face is closed?

I'm revamping my entire swing so that I'm hitting more straights, rather than a push draw or so.

If you switch clubs, the set-up for the new one may look different then the old one. More offset, less offset, a flatter lie can make you think it's square, but you're remembering the set-up of your old club. Put a  "+ " on your putting mat or hitting mat, and practice squaring the clubface to the line at a right angle to the swing line.
