Greetings from a new member

Hi everyone,

I just joined and thought I would introduce myself.  I started playing golf when I was 12. In my 20's I played to a 6 handicap and even did a short stint at the Golf Academy of the South in Orlando.  Unfortunately, life, kids, money, etc. kind of got in the way so I basically quit golf.

This year my wife suggested we turn in the (essentially unused) YMCA membership and join the local golf club.  After I picked myself up off the floor we did just that!  I even bought all new woods and irons to replace my 20 year old Big Berthas and Hogan Apex blades.  I've rekindled my love affair with the gran old game in a big way, and I am at the range or playing every day.

While my scores have yet to reflect it, my swing is better now than ever.  I'm sure I'll be visiting here often.
