Not exactly a beginner, played like 3-4 rounds before. I've played 2 rounds with these clubs in the past couple weeks.  Just looking to play recreationally and possibly for the school team. I'm 14 years old if that information is any use to you.

Driver: TaylorMade Burner Superfast

Irons: Adams RPM2 4-PW

TaylorMade Burner HT 3 Hybrid

No putter yet, but soon to pick up this putter. http://www.dickssportinggoods.com/product/index.jsp?productId=3962638&cp;=4413989.4414118

I played my first round in a few years with my dads clubs, but when I bought these I saw major improvement in my drives. May just be because I got my "swing" back, or because of the quality of the clubs. So are these good for a beginner with some potential?

Best round (9 holes): 40, Blissful Meadows Golf Club - August 4th, 2012. (Played tips too)

Best round (18 holes): 85 (40, 45) Summerside Country Club (PEI, Canada) - July 2012

It's hard for someone on an internet forum to provide any accurate feedback as there is no visual data.  The best bet would be for a local PGA instructor to have a look to see if these are the right fit for you.  You could also go to a retail store (Golf Town,...), and get a swing fitting (swing speed, launch angles, spin rates, ball speed,...) with these clubs (usually for a fee).  Otherwise, it's hard to know with certainty.  The more you play, the more you will begin to understand how they feel, and how your game is responding to them.

Good luck.
