Getting stuck, cant rotate through

Hey guys In the constant battle that is my golf game, the newest problem has been I am unable to complete the swing. I have been turn much better than I have and in turn hitting the ball more pure and further. But it is not that consistent which is quite annoying. I am having a hard time coming through the ball which results in high cuts out to the right. Any tips on how to come through the ball more. Seems like a simple problem but whatever I do doesnt seem to make it consistent. And when I come through it feels like I am coming way over the top. Thanks for any and all help
