Game tracker for 9 holes?

I'm sure there is a thread that answers this, but I could not find it.  So,  apologize in advance.

I play a 9-hole weeknight league and have been having a hard time find an online stat tracker that will calculate correctly for 9 holes.

Every website I find seems to break the stat calculations when only 9 holes are entered.  For instance, it seems to want to give me pars for holes 10-18...

Can someone point me to a site that works correctly for both 9 & 18 hole play?  The latest one I tried was http://www.keepmygolfscore.com

I'd settle for a good Android OS application as well.

I'm making one for android, sadly i'm not sure when i will be done. I think that oobgolf.com would work for this.
