Last night Martin Hall did about 30 seconds on a "hit-swing" for people who are strong but not flexible. It looked basically like a straight, topswing to ball strike lead by the right hand.  All hit, very little swing.  Does Mr Hall have an article RE: this method available in print or internet anywhere?

I don't think he does, based on a quick search.

I'm not a big fan of saying old guys can't swing. We work with a lot of older fellas who still get 75+ degrees of shoulder turn because their hips turn back, too. 45 + 45 = 90.
