I'm still stuck in the late 80's and 90's. I would rather watch ESPN classic and watch the old Celtic/Laker battles or Jordan Bull's playoff games then watch anything now.

I feel next season is going to be a great season, considering there is so much great talent in this years draft it will be interesting to see who gets who.

Yea it's really not fun to watch much anymore. I'll tune into the occasional Knicks game, but that's about it.

No, it's not fun to watch anymore...it's a handful of mental 19 year olds who can jump and look good on TV.

Now, college basketball is another story...if only I could win for once in a pool.

Even though they're down 0-2, watch the Golden St./Utah game this Friday night. The Warriors are playing a fun brand of basketball to watch, and the Oakland crowd will definitely get you pumped up.

I am a Spurs fan all the way. Seems like the only team without any hotshots. Just a team of well rounded players that like playing together. GO SPURS GO!

That is debatable...Well rounded players or a good team of cheap shot artists?!?!? Still if the Spurs win it all, which it looks like they most likely will, they will be plagued by the "What If" PHX had a full team for game 5...Which in my opinion the league screwed up because Duncan should have been suspened as well for leaving the bench and walking on the court earlier.

All the heroes of the game are gone, and they have been replaced by punks who don't seem to respect the game.

I was a one time Pacers fan (in the days of Reggie Miller, Rick Smits, Mark Jackson, etc) but I now find them detestable.

I really disagree with some of the points made about how the NBA is nothing more then single players dominating the game.

I think individual players dominate the media but when you look at the teams that have had post season success the teams with a group/No I in team, attitude have done the best. Look at the lakers with Kobe or the timberwolves with Kevin Garnett. Even Vince Carter went to NJ because he realized a single player can't dominate the league any more.

The teams that have done well in the post season the last few years have all had more of a team emphasis and I enjoy watching the post season because that is when the true players and teams come out to play

    • Day 430 - 2025-12-04 Slow motion backswings (with chippy shots) with AlmostGolf balls.
    • Day 24 (4 Dec 25) - Spent about an hour working with the new 55° wedge in the backyard.  Kept all shots to under 20yds.  Big focus - not decelerating thru downswing and keeping speed up with abbreviated backswing.  Nothing like hitting a low flighted chip with plenty of check spin and then purpose to float a pitch of similar distance.
    • Day 114 12-4 Put some work in on backswing, moving the hips correctly, then feeling over to lead side. Didn't hit any balls was just focused on keeping flowy and moving better. I'll probably do another session tonight and add in some foam balls.
    • Didn't say anything about your understanding in my post.  Well, if you are not insisting on alignment with logic of the WHS, then no.  Try me/us. What do you want from us then?? You are not making sense. You come here and post in an open forum, question a system that is constructed with logic, without using any of your own and then give us a small window of your personal experience to support your narrative which at first sight does not makes sense.  I mean, if you are a point of swearing then I would suggest you cut your losses and humor a more gullible audience elsewhere. Good heavens.
