I'm looking at a Titleist 9.5° 909D3 in an 83g X-stiff Whiteboard...

Currently I have two drivers:

  • Mizuno MP-001 9° in ProForce V2 76g X-stiff
  • Nike Sumo2 8.5° in Aldila VS Proto 65g X-Stiff

The Nike is nice, but the shaft doesn't feel that consistent, particularly when I get after it. The Mizuno is more consistent but the V2 feels like a 2x4. Both drivers I hit a mid-high. I swung a friend's Blueboard 73 X-stiff and it felt amazing . Ballspeed was through the roof, but there was too much spin. My swing speed average is between 112 and 116. My normal carry is 280 and 295 when I get after it. I'm a pretty stocky guy and think I can swing the 83g with nearly the same velocity.

Will the 83g Whiteboard have more or less feel than the V2 76g? I feel like the 83g WB might be too much to handle... Please help guys!

Edit: here is my swing for reference:

anything will be more flexable then a v2 x-flex...the v2 is like hitting a steel shaft
