Trying to find a new driver.

I've been shopping for a new driver and my budget is under 200 preferably 150.  I've narrowed my search down to the Cobra S3, Taylor Made Burner Superfast, and the Cleveland Launcher DST.  I'm still not sure.  My swing speed is around 110 but my handicap is still around 20.  So what do ya'll prefer and are there any other drivers I should look in to?

Go try them all and figure it out. No one on here can tell you which driver is best for you. All you will get is people telling you that you should own whatever they have. So in that case - you should get a Titleist 910 D2.

I like my Superfast...in a platonic sort of way.

you may want to look at the Diablo Octane it's down 100 bucks in price now so it is in your price range. Also the Nike SQ Machspeed? The only one of what you listed that I have hit was the superfast and I just can't get a feel for the way it looks at address...

I would say go try out a bunch of drivers.  For 150 dollars you should be able to get a very good driver.

Yeah I have hit the machspeed but with the Superfast my swing speed was about 5 mph faster.  And I've also hit the diablo octane tour and hit good but wasn't as forgiving.

sounds to me like you've already decided, go get that superfast!

i bought the superfast based on all the great reviews i read, the only problem with it is, if you have a good square swing, all you do is hook the ball because the cluface is 2 degrees closed. now for some golfers (ie the ones that tend to slice the ball when they drive) this is a perfect driver at a great proce, but for other golfers this club is a nightmare. anyway to make a long story short i ended up returning my superfast for a titleist d2 now i know its a little more than what your looking to spend but its what worked the best for me, plus i was fitted for one by a titleist pro and it gave me 15 extra yards on my drive and i actually hit it straight!

taylor made r580 should come reall cheap now, looks classic, good feel of the face and great trajectory

Well I finally got to hit everything now and I hit the Cobra S3 very consistently even on off center hits.  And there's some really good deals on the internet so I'm gonna order it.  Can't wait to get it!

AWESOME!!!! I hit the s3, i couldn't get a fair feel for it just because it was regular shaft and I need a stiff. But my fiance's dad has it and LOVES it. Good choice!

Yeah I have to have a stiff flex too and it felt good.  I'm goin into town tomorrow and I'm gonna hit it and the nike machspeed black before I make my final decision since I found they're priced the same.

right on, let me know if the nike sounds weird to you, too. I hit that thing and couldn't get over the sound. My new stuff has been showing up, as of right now I have the razr x 5 iron, approach wedge and 3 hybrid, the razr hawk 3 and 5 woods and my org 14 bag. Tomorrow my razr x 6,7,8 and 9 irons will be coming in. Next week the 4 iron and pitching wedge and some time toward the end of the month my razr hawk 9.5 neutral will be here.

Well guys I finally got to go to our local Edwin Watts golf shop and pulled out the nike machspeed black, taylormade burner superfast, and the cobra ZL and the S3.  I hit em all and had decided the machspeed black was for me.  So after walkin around while my bro hit some irons another driver on sale caught my eye, and Adams golf speed line.  It was 150 and had an Aldila RIP shaft.  I decided to find the demo and WOW.  This thing surprised the hell out of me.  MY swing speed was about the same as the others but the ball went 10 yards further every time and the launch angle was perfect with very low spin.  I hit it 20 plus times just so I knew it wasn't a hoax.  It's a little loud but I have no problem with that.  Needless to say I walked out of the store with it and can't wait to get on the course!
