I have been playing a lot lately, on average probably about 3 rounds or more a week and at least one or two range sessions.  For the past two or three weeks I have had pain on the top part of my left wrist. (I am a righty) It only hurts at the start of my round but after it gets stretched out it feels perfectly normal.

I have noticed it is starting to get worse but I really don't want to stop playing for an extended period of time.  Have any of you guys had similar pain and do you think it is anything to worry about?

I had similar pain and determined it was due to trying to maintain a flying wedge while hitting the mats or turf before the ball.  I do that much less these days and the pain eventually went away.

It started as soon as I start doing the hinge and hold method to chip.  I think it might have something to do with that.  Its starting to get really annoying now and is not getting any better!
