golf club affected by cardboard?

hey guys. today i was hitting balls into a cardboard box so they would go into a field. at one point i was standing to close and i accidently slalmmed my 5 hybrid into the box really hard. would this do anything to the club. it did nothing asthetically so idk. thanks

My clubs-

Driver- Cleveland XL270 

3 wood- Cleveland XL270 HL 3 wood

hybrid and irons-Cleveland Mashie 3 hybrid 

                        Adams a4r 4 hybrid-gw

wedges- a4r pw, gw, snakeyes 

             Callaway x-series jaws 56 Degree, 60 Degree

putter- Oddessey metal-x

I'm guessing it should be just fine. Are you experiencing any issues with the feel of the club afterwards and/or does the head feel loose?

no it feels fine and the club isnt loose. im going to the range tommorow so i guess ill see then

Im fairly certain that if you are more likely to break your club coming into contact with very hard little while ball then a very soft cardboard box.

I broke a club swinging at the air once. Granted, my dad had broken the club first, superglued the head and shaft back together (he knew nothing about golf at the time), and didn't tell me.

      Posted a couple swings here. I think my attempt to blend the movement still results in a more “around” back swing?

      I never heard dislike for them.  From my perspective, they are just like any other club. Though, they were always probably over-priced, until recently as other club manufacturers have been raising prices the past 5+ years. You had to wait for them to go on sale, which you can get them closer to other club manufacturers.  They sell good clubs. Nothing crazy..

      Why do so many people dislike PXG clubs and constantly criticize them? All the folks at my club and especially online, I never hear good things about them except from people who bought them and defend them. They look fine to me but curious is there some sort of quality issue or is it just stereotyping the buyers.

      I have the LM1 launch monitor and I’ve been very impressed. I agree with your assessment and it’s very accurate for me and ease of use is wonderful. The price point of $199 is very hard to beat with this form factor and performance. I was previously using a PRGR.
