I'm not sure I have had a single round this year where I didn't hit 3 from the tee at least once. Occasionally it will be an iron shot that finds O/B but more often than not it's the Driver or 3 wood. Today I managed a 11 over round with two holes I had to re-tee and hit 3. There are certainly some other areas of my game that could use work but right now I feel this is the place that is easiest to fix to hopefully get back to some sub 80 rounds.

So, has anyone taken a lesson at a Golf Galaxy store? For $50 I guess it can't hurt even if I don't like the teaching style and the video would be nice to see if I actually hit normally (rather than the hit everything perfect day you dread when taking a lesson). Just wondering if Golf Galaxy tends to have teachers that try to completely breakdown your swing or just work on 1 or two things to fix a current issue?

I took a 3 lesson package at my GG. Basically he took a look at a couple of my swings via video. Showed me what I was doing wrong, showed me a pro that did it the right way and gave me a drill to fix what I was doing wrong. The lessons probably only shaved about 2-3 strokes off. I'm currently with another instructor that is in the process of completely tearing my swing apart and and rebuilding it...which I am very happy about.
