For the past week or so, I have been hitting all my irons either thin or fat. I think it's all mental but any tips on how to get better ball striking habits? Funny thing is, I hit really bad today and still shot one of my best games.

Something that I am very eager to try is a few tips I saw on a youtube video called "quickie pitching tip," but it also was extremely relatable to iron shots along with pitching and even chipping, I just practice about 500 practice swings trying to consistently do the same stroke as the video, hand movement and club position along with when to move my hips etc etc. and it felt like a much more solid swing and even made me feel like my irons were going to be a strong part of my game the next round (usually they are the reason I cannot break par in a good round of 18).

That should work, but if it doesn't just search the forum for shot and instructor or whatever it is, definitely helped me!
