January Golf in NE Wisconsin!!

Actually made it out today on the golf course!! That's pretty amazing when you consider that most years we are under a couple feet of snow with temps in the single digits. I even wrote about it in my Blog:

Lucky you!  I'm here in Waupaca and would really like to get out for a round.  Sherwood is a great 9 hole track.  Nice blog.

Janesville Riverside opened this past Thursday as a result of the mild weather (temps around 50). I'm just hoping we don't get paid back for this in April when the courses would normally open. Enjoy it while you can. Cheers

Yeah, that has crossed my mind too. A couple months ago the local weather folks were telling us to expect a colder than normal winter and above normal snowfall .... I'm still wondering if that will be the case.

yeah, in NE Ohio, I could get out, but no will take me. Why there's not 5 ft. of snow is beyond me. ACtually, since I can't get out, I wouldn't mind if it did snow, just to make the weather seem more normal.
