Plane Finder

I keep seeing these Hank Haney PlaneFinder commercials on the golf channel... Has anyone actually used this thing and if so did you find it to be helpful? I'm thinking about purchasing because I would like to work on improving my swing plane but I would like to know how it's worked for others before I take the plunge.

Wow that's a great idea If only I was handy enough to make one on my own! I found some reviews here which I found pretty helpful. I guess I'm taking the plunge
