After a ring finger injury last year, I switched to the 10 finger "baseball bat grip" so that I could continue playing.     Put about 50 or more rounds on that grip after I made the change.      Noticed, gradually I developed a draw, which turned into a hook, often a duck hook.      Read everything I could online & put alot of time into trying to fix it & never quite could.      Was in Vegas last week & the hook was absolutely out of control & I got sick & tired of it and went back to the traditional overlap grip.    Took 3 rounds to get comfortable with it again, but in the end, hook be gone.    What remained was a nice baby draw.     Perhaps the vast majority of golfers who use the overlap grip knew something after all ...

I use the same driver as you and although I used to have a controlled fade with my baseball grip I've recently (after a LONG layoff) have found that I now have a draw.  It's controllable, though.  I get more distance with no more effort.  It's rare that I truly hook the ball (although I can fade it if I need to, at least some of the time).
