I've been coming over the top and hitting everything off the toe (usually resulting in a miss left) - anyone know of drills to prevent this?

thanks!

damn i struggled with the over the top stuff for at least a year, it sucks so much and it gets really frusturating. the one thing that seemed to really stop it was when i decided to change my move off the ball. i began to keep the clubface square "looking at the ball" for as long as i could, and i started to hit it much straighter. Other than that try putting a tee in the ground like 2 inches behind and 2 inches above the ball you want to hit. My crappy drawing should help u come from the inside. good luck man, coming over the top is no fun.

I've found the Inside Approach to be extremely helpful for this particular problem (it also seems to help with hitting the ball fat). They retail for $40 now, but I've heard a rumor (unconfirmed) that you can pick one up at Target for $20 or so. When they were selling for $80 I made one using $6 worth of PVC pipe from Home Depot, and pool noodle.
