I went to a local course to get my driver regripped and had to wait on the course pro to finish a lesson.  He runs a club repair business on the side, and he was technically supposed to leave at 6, but stayed over just to get my club regripped right then and there.  I was caught off guard because I was expecting to just leave it.  He charged me the price of the Golf Pride grip, and nothing to replace it.  I paid him, but afterwards I wondered if I should have tipped him.  I kind of felt bad because he said he would replace it right then and there without hesitation.

Thoughts?

It is.

Also, what did you pay for the grip? He may have added a little bit in there to account for his time. We only add a dollar to ours, for example.

$11 for a Golf Pride New Decade.  That was the price on the grip before I even talked to him so maybe that price was install included? (I see I can get it for 8 online)

edit: And thanks for telling me it is compatible with Tapatalk, I didn't see it when browsing general golf forums through Tapatalk

And since you are an admin I'll just say that this is one of the best non-vbulletin 3.8 forums I have been on, really well done.

I'm partial to my vbulletin though ;)  Nice website.

That seems likely. We charge $7.50 with removal/installation included for our PURE grips. :)

    • Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.
    • It's miles better, though.
    • Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.
    • Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
