Does Tour Edge usually make good clubs?

I am thinking about getting this putter. It would be a major upgrade over my top flite putter from 1980. What do you think?

Tour Edge is a small, independent club manufacturer, probably best known for the Exotics line of fairway woods. TE has its own research and development shop, makes its own designs.

I played the TE Bazooka BetaTi low-profile fairway woods from 2002 to 2009; really solid clubs.

About once a year someone asks about TE. Here's a thread from 2010:

As far as upgrade, with putter it's whatever works. PA tour history has several stories of players who won a major tournament playing a $10 putter they got out of a used-club barrel.
