Many people who attend the Masters do not walk the course, but go immediately to their favorite spot and sit there all day.

If you had a ticket to the Masters, where would you sit?

I would choose a seat high up in the bleachers behind the 15th green, so I could turn around and see the action on the 16th hole, too.

If you're going to sit in one place all day, a drive-able par 4 or a par 3 would be best. I'll take No.4 par 3 240 yds from behind the tee. Great watching pros hit super high towering long irons.

There are two places that I sit.  It just depends on how I feel that day.  The best in my opinion is the backside of the green at hole 2.  It is always three and four chairs deep but you get to see some amazing things happen (ie Louis' double eagle) or at least a few eagles and possible sand chip ins.  The other is 14 tee, so you can see the approach into 13 green and all the happenings on the green.  There are grandstands there so you can see plenty.

Other popular spots are the grandstands at Amen Corner but that fills up supper quickly.  A hidden gem is standing on the right side of the fairway on 10 and next to the tee box on 6.  You can stand and listen to the player/caddie banter.  It is pretty cool

In the Butler Cabin.

Kidding. Kinda.

Actually ANGC has one of the coolest places to watch action - the hill in front of #6 tee, facing the green. Players hit over your head & you can't see them hit, you only see the shots land on the green.
