Christmas is Early this Year

Well I finally broke 100, posted a 96 so I'm one happy camper for the year, started last year as a senior taking up golf for the first time in my life and am happy with the progress, dont get me wrong things could always be better but you have to enjoy yourself while your at it. the lessons I have been taking have helped me have an idea of what to expect and have begun to settle me in.

Thanks for the reply, I think a major lightbulb went off the week leading up to this round. inconsistency was of course my biggest problem and also of course my driver would develope the dreaded banana effect as a round would progress. I finally realized that what happens is I become focused on the green or the flag and do not follow through with rotation and weight shift. I made that a major effort on this day and it paid off, only lost it a few times. Its amazing how wanting to crush the ball towards the green can make you forget everything else. And by the way my international skeet shooting has benefited from playing golf,  funny how things work out.
