Last couple sessions I’ve felt good. I’ve managed to PB on almost every different weight I’ve used except the 195g which most will know is the weight used to identify driver eSpeed. i have noticed a very slight increase however in my 195g ‘Full Swing’ whereas my ‘Max Swing’ has been stuck at 102mph last few sessions. I do feel like I have quicker in me. My target at the start would have been to get to 105mph giving an eSpeed of 115mph. With around 50% or so of the foundations programme left I think this is definitely achievable -

Day 345 - Elbow was acting up today, so I stuck with some easy pitching work again. -

Day 18: 12/28/2024 Good day at the range today. Got to work hard on my priority piece. (The PPJ swing). With a 7 iron or 6 iron in my hand I'm getting more of the right than wrong. Which is great progress. I did a lot of block work again today. Right now I'm planning on adding in some random work next week. -
