I played a par 3 today and took the completely wrong club out of my bag 7 instead of 8 on accident and hit it over the green into the hazard I could play it and was playing alone so I just dropped it outside the hazard closer to the hole, know this is not right but how should I have played that. I could not have dropped anywhere that wouldn't of been closer to the hole so should I have re-teed?
