Im not sure if its really a drill; but you can set up and make sure that your right wrist is bent throughout your backswing into impact. The best way to ingrain that habit to to start with chips, then pitches, half swings, then 3/4, then finally the full shot.

Just like many here already said, I myself is for going to the range alot . There are many things you can do in the range that you just cant do while in the course, like practicing shaping your shots , learning trajectory shots with your mid irons and wedges, sometimes you can even try and learn that tiger punch shot . I love the range were I go on the weekends because they have a $12 all you can hit special, so sometimes I'll be there from 6p till around 10p and its all worth it.

Well the hook is you are getting your hands past the ball before your club face. As for squaring the club face, make sure you are taking your grip with it square. I have a problem of taking my grip and then unsquaring the face of the club.

Great advise. You're absolutely right. My draw/hook is because my hands are through before the ball.

Thanks.

i dunno if you are doing these things already, but usually after a bad round, i would go to the range with my bud and tell him to check if there are any visible problems in your swing/setup. that would be an easy way to find out what's with your swing.

if you go to the range by yourself, take it very slow and easy, and think a lot: dont think about what you are doing wrong, but what you have to do to get your swing working properly. visualize your swing, especially your followthrough - the followthrough is a product of your swing, and they dont lie: when your swing is perfect, your follow thru would be magazine-cover worthy, if you did a reverse pivot, u wont be able to balance... so think hard about what's the usual swing sequence that gives you the usual/consistent/perfect followthrough.

i wont really recommend you to try new things, esp if you think ur swing is pretty good and consistent already. hope this helps, even tho it's been 4 days!
