I have improved alot this season from high 90s to 100s to mid to low 80s but i fix one problem and here comes another lol thats golf.... i was playing Friday and there was a guy out there doing video of peoples swings on the 10th tee.... and just so happens i hit my miss shot...here is the video which i think is a good thing instead of posting my good swings here is my miss off the tee.... i hit it straight but it was a push i barely missed the fairway right..... i got way behind i think and was luck to get some good timing but please help me on how to fix my miss hit....i was hooking the ball off the tee and now i'm pushing it about 1 in every 3 three driver swings my irons are better than ever but my driver has been killing me.

it was a sloppy downswing, but i guess that is whats happening when i get the push shot

I suffer from the exact same mis-hits.  I could be wrong about this, but I think they can go hand in hand with ball flight laws.  I'm guessing the path is the same (in to out) on most shots, and the pushes are when the club face matches the path, and the hooks come when the face points at the target (or closed to relative path).

    • Day 33 (3 Jun 24) - In between working on my bass guitar and its wiring issues, I was able to take the putter and roll some putts on the carpet in the shop.  Spent time with the lead arm as I usually putt with it tucked close  and then doing the lead arm chicken wing.  Interesting how the feel and pace is different.  Had seen a fellow golfer using it last week when we were playing.  Overall it was good to do an easy day of putting for pace and overall distance control from 10' in.
    • Gotcha. Good to know. I'll have to test them.Any other specific models/grinds from major OEMs (not Edel) that you like and/or have a good blend of narrow sole but enough bounce? I said Non Edel just so I'd be able to test in person/have a variety of buying options
    • Day 578, June 3, 2024 Practiced while two students went to lunch. 🙂
    • Day 81  some technique work a little earlier, looking at grip and weight shift. Later on did some short game practice within 100 yards on the skytrak. It froze during a wedge matrix which was not ideal so i switched to target practice. Need to do this more often to get better at these partial wedges but should also probably do a short game lesson as my launch was quite high. Maybe it will help my full swing too
    • I don't generally like Vokeys. His Tour grinds are fine, but most of the retail ones are too wide or have too little bounce, without much heel/toe relief.
