While everyone was keyed in on watching Ernie Els make a great rebound, the same thing was happening at the 2012 U.S. Junior Amateur . Andy Hyeon Bo Shim battled back from being down 5 holes in his match (the largest comeback in championship-match history).  After the morning 18 he was down 5 holes but quickly turned that around in the afternoon round. Shim won eight of the first 10 holes in the afternoon on the strength of three birdies, one eagle and six pars to turn the match around.

In the girls' portion of the tournament, Australia got their first ever win from Minjee Lee.
It's really amazing how much talent these kids have at such an early age!  I would like to be that good now...
