Had total knee replacement...how long to wait?

Feeling good after 2 days, walking around with one crutch, often none. Still weak and some pain. Must avoid blood clots by movement and leg up not down.  So little sitting for 2 weeks.  But don't know how long to wait  to hit balls or play a few holes. This my left knee so does take some pressure when hitting balls. Anyone else here had knee replacement?

Not yet. But I'd be sure and ask the doc, and with inuries we have always found physical therapy to be the quickest way to get back and stay back, so if you can do that I'd sure recommend it. And tell the PT folks you golf, they can probably fix ya up

Driver - RBZ 10.5 

3 Wood - Burner 2.0 - 15

Hybrids - Burner 2.0 3-18, 4-21, 5-24

      I wonder if that is why my home course basically have no stakes now.  Not even markers.  It’s completely up to golfers to remember what is OB and hazard and how things used to be marked.     Even in tournaments, there is no marking and certain areas are played differently by different golfers who either don’t know better or use it to their advantage funny reading thru this with courses that actually have markers

      Great post, thanks for the informaiton. I try to avoid adding salt to anything I eat. I tend to add pepper on to my meals as opposed to salt. And I am trying to eat as clean on possible. On golf day, I eat 3 eggs for breakfast (pepper NO salt) and a salad for lunch, with grilled chicken thigs (pepper, garlic, no salt). I have been trying to avoid processed food, but we all slip. I also should have mentioned that the electrolyte packet calls for mixing with 16 oz of water, however I mix in 32 oz of water, so I dilute the electrolyte powder.

      So if I read the news correctly, the PIF will not fund LIV after this season.  LIV is trying to find new funding and a number of players there are now asking about getting back to the Tour.    I am very, very concerned that Taylor Gooch will not have a place where he can make a jackass out of himself soon
