I had been struggling with my consistency a little bit, and I was reminded of something I was taught in the beginning...

Keep your head as still as possible throughout the entire golf swing. If I can stay in one place with my head, then I will have the best chance of hitting the ball consistently and making solid contact. Everything else just came together and I shot 2 under for the 9 holes I had time to play.

In my bag todayâ¦.

yeah, sometimes I just need to keep my head/body down throughout my swing. It can do wonders.

I think thats just a mental thing, you could pull on your sleeves like fred couples and it would probably accomplish the same thing. Which of course is to cut out your swing thoughts
