Thanks! That's an interesting drill. I'll try it this week.

I did play nine holes this evening and focused on increasing my shoulder turn and keeping a flatter plane. I played well and got more distance out of my irons and woods. I even managed to take a few divots (rarely did that before).

Biomechanical issues? Hadn't thought about that. I'm very flexible and, in my sixties, I'm probably America's oldest gymnast.

I agree, you should definitely be retaining some knee flex in your right leg during the swing.

Your grip also looks pretty weak, coming down into impact you look like you could get some added distance if you strengthen your grip a bit.

Can you tell us more about your ball flight? Starts left of target, straight, right? Curves left to right, right to left? High or low?
