I am currently in Alberta visiting my grandma, In a little town called Eckville with a population of about a thousand. I went to a little course that was made from a farmers field, it was basically grass cut different lengths and the greens were like sponge. The holes were so short and i was putting for eagle 2 or 3 times. Most par 4's were in between 219-267 yards. The longest was 401. It was a weird course. The par was 33 on the front. It was so funny because most of the greens were a large circle but almost impossible to chip on. I had rental clubs with only a 3,5,7, and 9. With an old mallet putter. I had to chip with a 9 iron onto a small circle, it was unbeleivably hard. I had alot of eagle chances driving the greens on 3 holes. I didnt even get any birdies because since the green was so slow it was impossible to putt. Just a funny course i thought id share with you all. Its unbeleivable that these things are even called courses. All in all i finished off with a 36

My second club is like that!
9 holes,
par 33,
420 longest hole,
101 shortest,
best score 40(+7) for 9
Greens are impossible because they have so much gradient!

I know a course like that, too - 2,400-something yards, 9 holes, par 35, longest hole is um...a 415 yard par 5. Yeah. The greens are cut to fairway height at nicer courses...

(Shouldn't this be merged with the worst courses played thread?)
