My stance

Hey guys,

new to the forums, and had a question about my stance.

I have been blocking alot of shots out to the right, and i experimented with my footwork, and when moving my right foot back about 1-2 inches i have been able to get my pulldown through and away resulting in a much straighter and better contact.

is this ok to do so, as it feels fairly comfortable and the results are drastic!

I think you've answered you own question Yes having the right foot a few inches back of the left is no problem, just make sure it doesn't get too exaggerated and that you don't start aiming right and swinging left.

Thanks for the reply, will keep that in mind to make sure i dont over do it.
