One of the nicer private courses in my area (The Plantation) has a rule that you can pee anywhere on the course except on somebody's line.

I will never forget the idea in a post in what I recall to be the "You are not a golfer if..." thread. It was along the lines of dont pee on the course and try to shake my hand on 18.
