I really like the looks of the Ogio Grom, Nike Performance Hybrid, and Sun Mountain four-5, but they seem way out of my budget. What good options are there for <$100?

I have the Sun Mountain Four 5 and love it. Before that I had a Titleist 14 way bag which is essentially a Four 5 with the Titleist logo. It was also a great bag. I've heard good things about the Ogio as well although I don't like the look of it myself.

I think your best bet may be to either expand the budget for the Four 5 or look for a good used one on eBay.

You will be hard pressed to find a stand bag with full 14 way dividers and similar quality to those you listed under $100.  My suggestion would be to check eBay for used or older versions of these bags that are selling at a discount.  Might be able to find last years version of the Grom or Four-5 for around $125.

I've noticed some nice cart bags locally on CL. Would it be easier to use a cart bag with a bag cart instead of a stand bag?

And before you say it...no, I'm not that old that I can't carry a bag

Cart bags, don't have legs like a stand bag so they aren't very stable on grass, typically have to lay them down.  Cart bag straps aren't as comfortable for carrying either, as they usually just have a single strap to sling over your shoulder.  If you plan to carry, don't mind laying your bag down on the grass and find the straps acceptable to carry the bag loaded with gear then give it a shot but I don't recommend it.
