Nike Covert Driver paint flaw?

I bought this driver just over a month ago and yesterday I noticed this nice little "chip" on the top of the club. I didn't "pop-up" a ball or anything of that nature. The club has never been dropped either. If it's not being swung it's in the bag with the head cover on. You think it's just a paint flaw? You can see the blemish in the pic below.

I look at painted cars every day, if you can feel the edge of the paint where it is chipped then it is not a flaw per say.  It may be a flaw with the durability in the way it was chipped though.  But a chip is as a flaw is not possible in the painting process.  If it does not have rough edge to it like a chip would then it very well could be a flaw.  Does it look like the paint is missing in the center of that spot or is it just discolored or something else?  Could it possibly be a particle that fell in the paint as it was drying as well?

I brought it to Golf Galaxy where I purchased it from and they replaced it. They agreed it wasn't a ball mark nor a dropped club, which I know 100% it was neither of these. I left with new replacement driver. Well there I did manage to have Super Stroke 5.0 installed on my putter :)
