With your current set-up, if you dump the 4i, you have 12 clubs in play. This leaves you two more you can add to the bag. What to choose? You might go with two hybrids / or / a hybrid and a fourth wedge.
For the hybrid, determine whether a 3H or a 4H would best split the distance between your 5W and 5i. Or, would both fit?
As for your wedges, you should probably wait to tweak them until you get your new irons. Will you keep your 54* and 60*, or replace them? With PW lofts getting ever stronger, you might end up with a big yardage gap between your PW and SW. Some people don't mind this, while others want a more even yardage spread.
What some people on TST have done is go with a 48* (split difference between PW and GW) to go with the 54* and 60*. If you can hit a 60* OK this would work - but, not everyone likes a 60*. Or, some people like four wedges.
Again, you probably want to get your new irons, and then tweak the wedges. Here's a recent thread of someone rethinking their wedges: http://thesandtrap.com/t/68356/wedges-to-go-with-x-hot-irons#post_866334

I plan on adding a gap wedge. Probably 50*. So I would have PW-50-54-60. That leaves room for one club. I recently bought new fairway woods: Taylor Made Burner Superfast 2.0 TP woods, 3 & 5. I crush them but they are kinda hard to hit. I've been getting better at hitting them and plan on taking a lesson soon. So I think a hybrid after my 5w replacing 3i & 4i would be good. I don;t know much about hybrids because I never really liked them but my swing has been progressing so I can give them a try. Which hybrid would be good? My 3w is 15* and my 5w is 18.5*. And I don't know how to have a signature, I joined yesterday.

I carry two Taylormade Hybrids - a 3H (19 degree) and 4H (22 degree). Both are very useful clubs for me. My distances are similar to yours with the Driver & 3 wood, so hopefully my distances can provide a useful basis of comparison. My 3H goes about 220 when struck well and the 4H about 205. Based on your current spreads, I think a 4 hybrid would be a great addition to the bag. Once you are comfortable hitting it, you will learn to love it.

Thank you. I took a trip down to Golfsmith but only found one used burner 4H. I got so excited for a second until i picked it up and found out it was a ladies haha. I'm also in the market for new irons and I have a small wedge gap between my PW and 54* which is essentially my sand wedge. The sets I'm considering come with a GW. What is the usual loft for a gap wedge?

Most GWs are 50* to 52* in loft.
When you get your new irons, find out your loft difference and your yardage distance between your new PW and your 54*. Then, split the difference between the two for your GW.
Are your SW and LW both the same model? IF so, see if you can find a GW from that model. Or, go with the GW of your new iron model.

I found the irons in a really good deal so I'm stuck getting a GW haha. Not the end of the world. The PW is 47*. I have Cleveland forged 588 Black Pearl wedges 54* and 60*. The GW that comes with the irons is a 51.5*. 47-51.5-54-60. How does that sound? Or should I get the GW bent to like 50.5*? Or bend the PW to 46* and GW to 50* so I have 46-50-54-60?
