I have been playing Stiff TT Black Gold shafts for a couple of years now and am moving to a different set of clubs with S400 shafts.  My research revealed that the Black Gold stiff have a cpm of 330 (5 iron) which makes them markedly stiffer than the S400  and even stiffer than X100.

Does that comport with the experience of anyone that has used them?
