Versions of V2 Gamer

I picked up a ammo box last year from RBG and got the V2 on the bottom. I ordered some from another retailer recently and got the one on the top. Can anyone tell me which one is newer?

The bottom one is the newer one. They came in a black box as opposed to the older one on top which came in a green box. From the small research I did, the only thing that actually changed was the box and the side stamp, everything else is the same.
