Gross vs Net skins

It really depends how many people are in your league. In our average tourney with 60-70 guys there are usually 3-4 net and 3-4 gross skins. Unfortunately we now have to play both or none, so everyone is really donating to the other side. We have played small skin games in our foursome and with that few people there was a winner on most of the holes. One high HC pulls off a skin every tourney - his HC is legit because he can par as many holes as he does put 2 OOB. (giving somebody 2 strokes on a par 3 seems criminal)

Depending how much money is involved, I would consider playing both - even on the net side you are getting a stroke almost every other hole.
