Sand/Utility wedge

My 56* sand wedge is probably a good 10 years old or more, an old Cleveland Tour Action. I wanted to get a new sand wedge that would double as a lob wedge around the green. I was interested in the Calaway MD2 wedges, but not sure what bounce and grind would accomodate my needs. I figure a C grind would allow to open the wedge up for lobbing, but would a C grind work out of the sand? I don't think I want a higher loft then 56*. Do any of you use a 56* sand wedge as a green side lob wedge? if so, what are your bounce and grind specs?

The MD2's are great wedges and the C grind will definitely allow you to open the club up. For how it sounds like you're planning to use it, a 58° might fit you well.
