First thing I would recommend is to Fire the person holding the camera..

As for your swing, and I'm no expert, so I'll leave the details to them, it sure looks as though your coming over the top somewhat. dats all I got. Oh, you need to embed your vid's. The process is in the FAQ section.

Not too bad, your posture with your back may be a bit too stiff but I see a fair amount of good things going on, the swing your taking is with a driver so an over the top move looks mild and would probably be less as you move further down in clubs. Yep the camera work needs to improve, if you can get something to set it on would be better.
