My first big golf purchase (Nike VRS_X Irons)

I bought a new set of Nike Irons from a user on eBay at a pretty good price. I really enjoy the clubs so far and look forward to actually swinging them on a course. I went to the range the other day and feel like I have a little better control on distance with these. I went from swinging Ram G-Force Irons to Nike so it is a completely different feel. As you can tell from my profile pic I am a huge fan of Nike Golf. I have only been playing for a year and this is the first time I have spent $200+ on an item. This sport gets expensive quickly! Im loving it though.

Feels good doesn't it.  Kind of like when you were a kid and got a new pair of sneakers.  I always felt faster!

It will take a little while to get your new distances down and the other nuances of the new clubs.  Have fun!

It does feel good for sure! I was hesitant to buy them at first but decided better irons may improve my game just a little, so it is worth it.

Next purchase will probably be new golf shoes Nike Dunk Golf Shoes then a Nike Stand bag

      Wow that was disingenuous. Like, let’s ignore that golfers actually rotate. It isn’t all side bend. Has incorrect or excessive side bend hurt golfers sure. In no way are golfers taught to just fling their hips towards the target. To basically claim it’s him versus this evil golf instruction industry is just disingenuous.

      I'm starting to move with some speed and confidence. Carried the fairway bunker 225 yards out on the 17th yesterday fairly comfortably. I don't think it was a one off drive either. Pretty much back to game speed. On another note it doesn't seem like my pelvis is nearly as thrusty compared to a this time last year. I hope I'm judging that correctly. It's an ongoing battle.
