Do Away with Alignment Aids on the Ball?

I have always used the line on the ball to putt also.  After reading this thread I tried to putt with just white showing.  I hit every putt, inside 10 ft, exactly how I wanted.  Now all I need is a caddie to read the green for me.

Hopefully I'm better tomorrow

I use Line on the ball on the tee ball on occasions it helps me I find it distracting for lining up for putting If anything I occasionally use the line on the puttethead to help especially short uphill putt
