Shaft is definitely an improvement, but what PING did in the LST head was to move tungsten weight forward hence moving the CoG forward as well. This makes for a slightly less forgiving head but one that drops the spin rate as much as 500rpm over the regular head.
In an anonymous poll? There aren't many reasons to lie.
These guys play certain brands because they're paid to. Maybe they feel their sponsor produces the best clubs for their game, maybe they don't but play them because the price is right, so they must think another brand of clubs would suit them better. That's kind of the point of the poll.
It would be fun especially if they wore period clothing as well.
This could be a fun event to watch.
I think the difference it´s in the shaft and the face angle. The new one makes you hit the ball in better numbers than your previous driver. How much velocity a club head gives to a ball it´s pretty much the same than the previous version of the head of the same brand.
As @saevel25 mentioned, it depends on what you want to look at. Generally, large flaws like lateral sway are easy to spot even at normal speed, but higher framerate is required if you want to look at more subtle movements in the swing.
