What a F'ing Jerk ! (excuse my french) But if I were you I would diffinetly call the general manager and then the head pro. That assistant pro clearly is trying to pocket that green fee you handed him, reason why he wont give you the reciept. I worked on a Country Club once and one of the assistant pro and a starter was in to the same scam. I would not have a problem with that but them dropping F' bombs on a paying costumer is a big no! no! Where I come from that is a clear indication of "agressive attack" and clearly needed a swift retaliatory response. Yha, but that was just me.....
