I wound up smoking my irons today. Great ball flight, tons of spin and my yardages were on the money. This is 3 shots on a 170 yard par 3 with my 7 iron Note the ball marks. There's not one on the closest one because its plugged in the green.

It's an awesome feeling when your irons are spinning! A lot of factors go into it

About that.... I played through 13 holes at +14, quit, got hydrated and fed, then started back on the front. :s

Oh my god man...you mean to say you stopped to eat lunch and then had the temerity to just expect to play on and finish your round? Have some consideration for the easily outraged on this forum! You will spark another 100 page ragefest!!! :) Regards Mailman

Not exactly lol. I teed off at about 4 for my "round" and i was on 13 at about 6:00when i headed in. The assistant pro told me i could start back on the front since it was clear. I pretended like i didnt even play yet. Got the cart in just in time at about 8:45.
