I appreciate you guys understanding my intentions. Furthermore, I have utilized a lot on here throughout my short time as a registered user. Once I play with a friend again (instead of complete strangers I'm paired up with), I'll work on getting videos of my swing. Thanks again.

I am in no way encouraging people to not take lessons. Like I said before, I won't disagree that they help. For me, my current financial situation (with a newborn baby) doesn't allow for that (and still actually play golf). I do the best I can with what's at my disposal.

The last thing I wanna do is piss a bunch of people off. I just wanted to help others who were like me, since I did cut 12 strokes off of my average round. When I get some video uploaded, I'll certainly post it since I believe and trust the members on this board. If there was any confusion about my intent, I apologize. But again, I was only trying to help.

Going from 100 down to 90 is relatively easier to do than to break into the mid/low-80s. There are big changes you need to make in your ball flight to get there. For instance, having a specific repeatable ball flight.

I definitely agree that trial and error alone is not what made Bubba great. He's a gifted athlete. Without sounding "prideful," I believe I am as well, though.

So are many of the other people on this site, and they still seek advice.

You won't regret doing so. I've gotten so much help from many people on this site, and my game has gotten far better than I would have imagined, despite myself.

    • Day 446 - 2025-12-20 Woke up early and got some swings in before teaching putting all day. Looking forward to doing the same tomorrow.
    • It's miles better, though.
    • Went up to Erie for a lesson. I still need to work on how I shift my weight into my right leg and turn into the right leg. I extend it too much and externally rotate it too much. That all causes me to over rotate the hips and cause weight shift issues in the downswing. I need to feel like my right leg gains flex (it doesn’t), and my knee cap faces forward. The right hip sinks back and right. I need a need a ton more internal rotation. I still have some right elbow issues in the backswing. The path is better, but too much right elbow bend. I need to maintain width in the right elbow and let my right shoulder retract more, let’s say at A3, which helps keep that right arm extended.
    • Day 130 12-20 Today was just swinging what i had and go from there. Did focus on getting to lead side. Recorded swings for lesson  and hit real balls.
